Compatibility with PCAN USB Pro #363

Official information from PCAN is that there is no difference in driver nor API between the devices PCAN-USB and PCAN-USB PRO. Nonetheless only the PCAN-USB device is recognized.

Apparently BUSAMSTER Software is requesting the "name" of the Hardware via "GetHwParam". The devices just return different names.

The Name PCAN-USB PRO should be added to the Hardware list in the code.

If this is really just adding the name to the list of devices, nothing should block us from bringing this into the upcoming release.
