ETAS ES583 harware support flexray. #758

When can we get support for ES583 in BUSMaster?

The ES583 has been tested successfully with BUSMASTER. It depends on the latest BOA runtime framework and drivers (EBI-IP), so at least V2.x. Check if this software is installed.

We still have to implement certain features, like cold start ability.
