Noicon link bug for external links #120

What steps will reproduce the problem?
adding class 'noicon' to an <a> tag results in extra padding to the right
of the link even though no icon is being displayed.

Using Blueprint 0.1.1 on FF 2 on Mac.  Haven't tried it out on FF PC. 
Doesn't seem to affect Safari.
