It would be really helpful if the changelog were versioned along with the
code in SVN. This would allow for tracking of changes made in each SVN
commit. The google code wiki publishing forces a visit to the website to
see what changed (or a manual diff of the code in SVN). You could probably
use this as the master changelog and copy it to the wiki on google code if
desired.
Also, it would be great if you made a svn copy of each formal release in as
an SVN tag. This would allow people to do an SVN checkout of a specific
release without fear of pulling unstable trunk code.
