Massive changes to chat JS and to HTML for chat

@avidavis Please review this. I made changes to JS for the chat.

• Added an EMT function to keep the User and EMT chat separated

Changed some of the HTML

• Deleted some of the unnecessary HTML text that was hard coded
• added the necessary classes for both User and EMT
