Does nothing on my Mac #51

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download program (dmg file)
2. Place app. in Applications folder
3. Click on the app, animates as if expanding/opening

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the program to open and run the test, & for it to show up in the dock. 
Instead, absolutely nothing happens, and it's not shown in my Activity Monitor

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The Mac OS version, I have Mac OS 10.4.11

Please provide any additional information below.

The Mac .dmg download requires Mac OS X 10.5. You may use the CLI or TK UI
