Unable to install! #253

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Unable to install the extension PERIOD!
2. Click on Free Button, than on "Add" button in the dialog.
3. After which, another dialog pops up and says, "An Error Occurred", Could not 
create download directory.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to be able to install the app in the Chrome Browser, but instead I 
received, "An Error Occurred" dialog box, that says:  "Could not create 
download directory"

On what operating system, browser and browser version?
Windows XP SP3, Chrome Version 34.0.1847.116 m

Please provide any additional information below.

It looks more like Chrome issue, not the app. It has nothing to do with the app 
itself.
