girlswhoplayguitars mangled i+umlaut #10

most files seem to have accent chars correct, but I noticed that this one seems to be wrong... instead of the expected i+umlaut being 0xEF it is a 3 byte hex code. this is in both the comment and artist fields in the songs.dta
