Question from BSC reviewer at 3.24.32: "Does this need a caveat, and cross-reference to 3.33.32, to point catalogers of hand-press era books to cases where the word "impression" does represent a substantial change? Or do those statements only occur on their own, not as named revisions of an edition?" The revision group did not feel that a change was needed at this time, but agreed to flag as future work, specifically giving considering as to whether statements are on the title page/preferred source of information.
