Concealed editions #201

Add instructions on identifying characteristics of concealed editions (i.e., varying editions that are not identified as such on the manifestation).

Note: This issue was originally posted by @elizhobart on 13 October 2021 as a comment on issue #36, which was created as a catch-all for issues related to future development. For ease of tracking, the comments have been moved to their own individual issues and tagged as "future work."

Different editions that describe differently (e.g., different names in publication statement, different pagination), even if they aren't distinguished by the publisher, aren't concealed editions. Perhaps something like "(i.e., varying editions that are not identified or revealed by basic descriptive elements)."
