I used jetson_easy for a complete setup of my Nvidia Nano and it forked quite fine. After a new run of jetson_easy to retry vss_code install ( btw: vss_code on Nano don't work for now ) it removed ROS and re-buil openCV...

Can you share a screen of your installation script? I don't have sufficient information at this time to help you. Anyway I think a module from the vss_code force to uninstall ROS. About VSS_Code @Rafcin should be help me. I didn't write this script.

Can you add some confirmation dialog before any type of uninstall ( or deletion )task?

not in particular, vss, ros etc
