Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. info are not correct To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. open minecraft on jetson and set -Xmx7400m and run
2. open terminal and open jtop
3. then ram is almost full but swap and ram useage is not updated (stucked) but system monitor is keep to update info
4. See error

@leonpano2006 Does this bug appear on the JP 5.0? if this is true, can you check with the release candidate 4.0.0rc2
