Can't show Tensorrt's version #231

Hello,i install Tensorrt by extract .deb file，the command is dpkg -x tensorrt.deb and then create soft links.It seems no problem，because my program works well.
But in jtop,TensorRT shows NOT_INSTALLED. I just want to know Why?How can i fix it？
