Describe the bug
Swap file create in jtop is not working at all (on ns switch and jetson Xavier nx and agx) (it used to work on older jtop)
To Reproduce
Install latest jtop and goto Mem and create swap file with any size but it is not working

Tested on Nintendo switch jp4.4 and jp 4.6.4 + jetson Xavier agx and nx on jp 5.latest
