Can't create swap with jtop #430

Describe the bug

Swap file create in jtop is not working at all (on ns switch and jetson Xavier nx and agx) (it used to work on older jtop)

To Reproduce

Install latest jtop and goto Mem and create swap file with any size but it is not working

Expected behavior

Creating swap file and enable swap

Tested on Nintendo switch jp4.4 and jp 4.6.4 + jetson Xavier agx and nx on jp 5.latest

Bug in creating a new swap file with a name that already exists.
