Input/Output to wrong files

The calcname_in.txt file is intended to be an echo of the original input.

For some reason, this is getting overwritten by the splash of the output file. The rest of the output (the pulsation part) is being written to the output file.

To reproduce the issue:

• Go to main, build, run any input file.
• View the calcname_in.txt file. It will be (errantly) the stellar data splash. The echo of the input file is absent.
• View the calcname.txt file. It will (errantly) have only the pulsation results.

Fixed in PR #15 .

After merging PR #15, pulled main, ran sampleinput1.txt.

Attached are the echo'd input and the output, showig they are corrected.
