Loading file with missing taxa needs improvement #5

When loading a set of trees where not all taxa are present in all trees, DensiTree cannot handle the data, shows a message "The tree set possibly contains non-binary trees. Expect that not all nodes are shown" then fails with an unhelpful message.

Either, add support for trees with missing taxa or improve the error message.
