[Bug] HEVC Not working over UDP [sf#282] #282

Since GPACFrameworkSetup-051-DEV-rev4712 x64 it is impossible to open HEVC over UDP.

The HEVC support was broken a few hours yesterday. Could you retry with the latest installer?
