[Bug] Improper coding of audio codec [sf#292] #292

Generated MPDs using MP4Box - GPAC version 0.5.1-DEV-rev4736M, I see codec for audio indicated as mp4a.40.1d for HE AAC v2. The last item should be 29 (decimal representation of 1d), since RFC 6381 indicates it should be decimal representation (unlike the second field and video codecs where it is hexadecimal). Hope its an easy fix.
