Overview

Create version.lua file from Webpack
Add update to separate functionality that is used outside of CI
Refactor STRTA to follow Google's Shell Style Guide
Resolve linting errors in frontend and tags config
Drop resources.lua in speak/ to avoid permissions conflict with static/
Lint Bash scripts

Testing Instructions

Verify that the GitHub Actions CI workflow passes.
