Hard to say what the format would look like since I'm not sure what our release cadence will be. Garry's Mod development sort of models continuous delivery and I'm not sure what to use as a model for that.

I wanted this in ZS since forever. Personally I'd be okay with just listing commit messages; encourages quality messages and requires 0 manual maintenance as presumably this list can be automatically generated & updated
