ouab/outn merge? #67

Can outn features be incorporated into ouab, so that questions/tutornotes/specimen solutions can all be produced from a single tex file?

Recent discussions suggest this may not be desirable for security reasons -- e.g. if the solutions accidentally get created. However, there is common code to both class files which might be worth thinking about.

Will not apply this. ABs and TNs are stored in separate places for security reasons, and the tex sources should similarly be stored separately.
