lastpage doesn't work properly with new kernel #70
Recent updates to the LaTeX kernel have resulted in the lastpage package not performing as intended. Typical symptoms are the addition of an extra page at the end of a document, containing just a rule that should be on the previous page (and header/footer).
A related issue is that by moving away from lastpage we should be able to use `\AtEndDocument' instead of hooks.
