Hello,
I have the same error at opening.
Running on Debian GNU/Linux testing (stretch)
Edit: Unchecking the Request HTML Mode in the View menu bypasses the piece of code responsible of the error. But I don't know which features are impacted by this action.
To be clear, are you both using Ubuntu 15.04 and Tunesviewer 1.5.2?
I'm not seeing it on 14.04.
yes, you are correct: I am using Tunesviewer v1.5.2 in ubuntu 15.04.
as suggested by jlp6k, I unchecked the 'Request HTML Mode' which bypassed the error. It is possible to make it default in the program?
Possibly, but I'd like to dig into why 15.04 fails - I needed no workaround on 14.04, and I have to update my vm to 15.04.

it would be great if the program worked flawlessly. I use the software to download physics lectures.
I just fixed this, now working in 1.5.3. Unfortunately Sourceforge login system and project sites is down at the moment, but if you download from this link, it should work: https://www.dropbox.com/s/kte3snijxu16cap/tunesviewer_1.5.3.deb?dl=0
Ok, assuming that no news is good news, I uploaded the latest 1.5.3 to the homepage.
just upgraded to 1.5.3. works flawlessly! thank you very much. (Using 15.04)
When i write something in the search bar, i get the following message:
Download Error: Invalid header name 'X-Apple-Tz:'
I am using Ubuntu 15.04.
