FYI: To get it working on Ubuntu 17.04—tested on amd64 arch—I downloaded and installed:

python-webkit (yakkety) [deb]
python-support (trusty) [deb]

…and disabled "Request HTML Mode".

Thank you! For others: The ”Request HTML Mode“ setting is found when clicking the “View” text button in the menu bar.

Please don't install old packages from older distributions, those will likely get zero security updates. Instead please install the latest 2.0-beta from tunesviewer.sf.net.

Or was there a problem with version 2 that we need to fix??
