basic IPA glyphs added by derving them from existing glyphs, using Andrey V. Panov's add_ipa.ff FontForge script
further IPA glyphs added to the regular style by combining parts of existing glyphs by hand
IPA epsilon and upsilon glyphs added to the regular style by borrowing them from EB Garamond
metrics of the eng glyph corrected
