ditching foundation models #24

this is just for the records -- no action needed right now. we have decided to ditch foundation models for now, as they do not generate plausible outputs. we may consider resurrecting them later on (with whatever prompt we use for the other models) to use them as a baseline for the instruction-tuned models.

Cleaning up on issues - closing this one as we have completely gone away from foundation models and the issue is only for the records!
