Preliminary analysis

Results from running src/analysis which was summarised in the notes/progress-14-03-24 (meeting synthesised in #51)

Notes for future

May need to rework the folders in src as it is is getting a little out of hand e.g., by collapsing inspect and analysis and make proper use of utils.
