Allow cool modes from HA #12

Hi @rbroker,

I've opened a PR #11 to allow cool modes. Since you said you weren't too reluctant to support things your machine didn't have, I've made it configurable.

For me, this would be important because every year I have to change this manually and with this way, it would allow me to do it from HA.
