Hi there and thanks for sharing this, although it was not where I needed it to be ;-/ On the RBTL website the location of where the survey should be shared. Today in class everyone tested everyone else's questionnaire and we worked on the revisions. I would encourage you to make sure that you have a couple of friends test the questionnaire before collecting your data next week. Good luck!
