Hi,

If merged, this PR will:

Closes #74
Add the log directive to any rules missing it
- Standardise all directives to use the LOG_DIR variable
- All log paths follow the format LOG_DIR/<module>/<rulename>/<rulename_or_wildcard>.log
Add redirects to shell directives to record logs
Add shebang line to any scripts missing it and remove unused imports
Fix exception message on conftest.py
