Yarn is the hot topic when it comes to Node Package Management... This article appears helpful. Let's use it to bring yarn into our development with it's primary purpose being making it easier for new developers to manage dependencies.

Hmm, I was a bit confused as to what exact purpose Yarn serves...I don't think we need this just yet.

Will be useful, but I don't want to add more complexity before we get our 2 new developers up and running on this new stack.
