Capture trying out for JNs #51

So, we had a request to see if a user is (or has?) tried out for JNs.

Im not sure how best to capture this data. If we could get High Plains to post that data on the website, when we begin scraping the website for race data (#48), then we could retrieve the information that way...maybe?

We could ask the High Plains Committee to post the data (Along with the date they signed up) to the high plains page, then we could store that information.

Or we could just have them post the list of current skiers trying out for JNs, then highlight those skiers on the race page (or give them a little symbol or something).
