Changed radio buttons to checkboxes #75

Updated radio inputs to be checkbox inputs. Changed the SelectorRadioButton component to be the SelectorCheckbox component and updated all references to SelectorRadioButton including in tests.

I would like to look at SkiScores (or you could) and make sure it can handle multiple parameters (I think it can).

We should also make sure selecting All actually returns all.

This is old and I see it everyday. I am closing for now as I do not have the capacity to re-charge this project.
