Report an error for non-renderable html trivia #55

Unfortunately this doesn't as much fix #33 as it reports an error if you try to write html trivia in a grammarkdown production where it is not possible to render it.

There are probably other places I need to expand this to as well in the future, but I'll leave that for a later PR.

This should now report an error as of grammarkdown@2.2.2.
