Hi @lassoan , 

I released a new Lung CT Analyzer version today after some days of positive impressions of the new area analysis. 

The new table really helps. "Regional analysis" was realized by "surface cut"ing away from duplicated result segmentations and taking into account the centroid of each lung. 

This may not be the most elegant or fast solution, if you have any better ideas please let me know or edit the code.
