Application won't obey Spaces filter after restart of the application. #105

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Set time tracker to appear in every space under the spaces preferences.
2.Application obeys spaces rule.
3.Close Time Tracker.
4.Open time tracker and note it will no longer obey the rule and the rule will 
need to be reset.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?  Intel
or PPC computer?

10.6.4 Snow leopard, intel

Please provide any additional information below.

Great application! All of the online versions of this charge a monthly fee. 
This tool seems to work great though.
