Preferences: use decimal minutes, too #22

let the user choose between "normal" and decimal minutes.

the running time would always be in hh:mm:ss but the totals in decimals.

time is stored in one way, but showed in two different ways.

Sounds like a good idea. Will be considered for a future version (no time
frame yet).

At the very least, this option would be good to have when printing reports.

I now have enabled the display of decimal hours (which is what I use the most).
I am
not sure if everyone will be happy with such a coarse grained control. Maybe we
need
something more flexible, I am open for ideas.
