Auto detection of work start time #32

If the timer is currently stopped and the user begins using the computer
after a period of inactivity, a prompt should appear asking whether the
user wishes to start the timer as of the time when they started using the
computer.

Thanks for the good idea.  I will revisit this for consideration when I am 
planning
the new features for the next release.
