Inactivity prompt should include additional information and options

A prompt currently appears after a period of inactivity, asking whether the
inactive time should be counted.

The prompt should be expanded to include the following:
1. The time when the user stopped working
2. The elapsed time since that time (this will continually update)

The options for the user to choose from should be:
1. Don't count time and stop recording
2. Don't count time, but continue recording since the point in time when I
resumed activity
3. Count time, and continue recording
