Discoverability of ability to edit time blocks #34

It'd be good to be able to edit a time block after you'd finished it. Im
always forgetting to stop one timer and start another in between jobs...
especially on nightmare days like today!

What do you think?

Several people have has the same problem with discovering how to edit time 
blocks.  

Changing this issue to request enhancing the discoverability of how to edit 
time blocks.

there is now a "+" button below the time record screen which allows you to do 
that in
verion 1.3.4
