adding a recording via the + while last week filter is on does not show the recording until restart

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. select filter "last week"
2. add a recording while not recording (or recording, does not seem to matter) 
and set the date to last week

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

the recording should show up. Instead, even switching projects / filters, etc. 
does not bring up the recording. Only when restarting the app it starts to work.
