Deleting Task require refresh

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using 1.3.8 running Snow Leopard
2. When deleting a task, the deletion is not immediate. One needs to click on a 
different project, then click back to see the deletion.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A task should immediately delete when it's deleted. Instead, it requires a 
"refresh."

What version of the product are you using? 1.3.8
On what operating system? Snow Leopard

Please provide any additional information below.
This is a mission critical fix. This error sets up a user to inadvertently 
delete Tasks and their associated time logs, which can be devastating for 
maintaining project accuracy.
