PowerPC Platform No Longer Supported #78

The previous release version, 1.3.9, was a universal PowerPC/Intel binary.

The new release version, 1.3.10, is Intel-only.

I am using OS 10.5.8 on a PowerPC machine, but am informed when starting the 
application, that the platform is not supported.

Unsure if it was an intentional evolutionary step, or inadvertent.
