Sorting in Project & Task areas #80

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clicking on Project or Task within the label bar

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to be able to sort ascending/descending of the project/task 
names and total time similar to how the sorting works in the Individual time 
area for the Tasks.

Currently I have 20 projects in the list, that I switch back and forth from and 
it gets hard sometimes to find a project quick to add a task too.

you can sort by dragging at the moment, will look at the default sorting when I 
have time
