Time tracker vs. assigned Space #81

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. With Time Tracker open, assign it to a particular Space, say 8.
2. Quit Time Tracker
3. Move to another Space, say 7.
4. Open Time Tracker.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Time Tracker opens in Space 8, then Space 8 becomes the active Space.
Actual: Time Tracker opens in Space 7, then Space 8 becomes the active Space.

So... Time Tracker ignores the assigned space for opening its window.

What version of the product are you using?

1.3.10

On what operating system? Intel or PPC computer?

Mac OS X 10.6.4 on a Intel Core 2 Duo (an older Mac Mini)

Please provide any additional information below.

This is a major pain for me. I already tried a bunch of things, currently
without success. Trouble is that I inherited the code so there might be
something very basic in the project setup which could cause this. Newer Mac
apps (if I create them with XCode) dont show this problem, therefore it must be
something like that. Unfortunately the only way to fix this is (without being
able to spot the exact problem) would be to start from a blank new project
(which I might end up doing at some point). However, that would probably take
more time than I can currently spare.
