"New Task" under a Project is not deleted with 'Delete' until programm restart (Timertracker 1.3.10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create a new Task under a project
2.Press "Delete" in the menu
3."New Task" is still displayed after Delete Confirmation
4. Restart Program -> Task is deleted

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?  Intel
or PPC computer?
Mac Osx 10.6.5, Intel, Problem existed already in previous program version
