Clarify developer docs #85

As a first time "builder", I had some problems getting through it. The
"HACKING.txt" seems to be out-of-phase with the current building process. Is
cucumber + rspec still used? It does seems so. Is the "objc.rake" still of any
use? The building command seems to exclusively be the "xcodebuild" command (to
which I had to remove the "-arch" argument, or else, it wouldn't want to build.
Where does "CURRENT_PROJECT_VERSION" actually come from? From the latest
changelog?

All of these are questions that should ideally be answered in "HACKING.txt"

will try to update the document. You are completely correct, its not easy to
build your own release. Since I typically do this myself and for other
contributors it works fine just building in xcode, I didnt put much emphasis.

The initial HACKING.txt was created by Aaron who left the project. He was
working on cucumber testing but he branched the source which is why the current
cucumber testing is most likely defunct.
