Refresh display of Smart Filters when TIme Tracker window gets focus #91

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create at least one entry for today's date.
2. Select Today in Smart Filter sidebar, such that at least one entry is visible
3. Do not close application, leave it running, but make sure it no longer has
focus.
4. After midnight (the next day), select Time Tracker window to bring it to the
forefront

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect that when the Time Tracker window gets focus, it would recognize
that the date has changed since the last time the window had focus, and refresh
the Smart Filter of Today, to no longer show entries that are now of
yesterday's date.

Unless I re-select Today in the Smart Filters sidebar, entries from prior
day(s) will still show.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Intel
or PPC computer?
v1.3.11
Intel
OSX10.6.5

Please provide any additional information below.
Thanks for a most excellent application! I've been using it consistently for
almost a year now, and does exactly what I need it to do.

I know, have the same problem. It didnt bother me enough to fix it yet.
However, your suggestion makes sense, will look into this.
