`nint` and `nuint` are now aliases for `IntPtr` and `UIntPtr` #650

These were basically already that. I'm not sure what they were before. But now they're exactly that.

The book does cover nint and nuint, so I want to review it to make sure it still is accurate and revise as necessary.

A very minor change was made to mention this and add a tiny bit more clarity about nint and nuint.
