Keep-footer-bottom layout not working when using IE7js #291

Hi, in my pages I usually use this layout

But It does not work under IE7 when I include the IE7/8/9.js script (tested 
with 2.1beta4).

The problem appears when resizing the window: footer remains statically in the 
same position and is not automatically moved to the bottom of the page.
